Kaifeng chuangxin 'elektromanyetik akış ölçer sensör ve dönüştürücüden oluşur. İki formda gelir: kompakt tip ve uzaktan tip. Uzaktan tip, dönüştürücü ve sensörü bağlamak için özel bir çift katmanlı korumalı kablo gerektirir. Sensörler için yedi tip elektrot malzemesi ve dört tip astar malzemesi vardır.
Elektromanyetik akış ölçerin ölçüm prensibi Farady'nin elektromanyetik indüksiyon yasasına dayanmaktadır. Sensör esas olarak izolat astarlı ölçüm tüplerinden, ölçüm tüpü duvarının penetrasyonu, bir çift bobin ve bir demir çekirdeğe çalışan bir manyetik alan üretmek için bir çift elektrottan oluşur.
