DYED TWILL FABRIC OF TC BLENDED 115GSM

The dyed twill fabric of TC blendded 115gsm is a lgith weight twill item, some clients call it minit will fabric. The fabric is used for Summer garments, like men's shirts (long and shorts), pants (long and shorts), lady's blouse and shirts. In many countries, it also used for uniforms of industrial workers. We can supply clients both reactive dyes and vat dyes to meet different requirement.

This poly cotton twill fabric is one of our running items which is widerly used for different kind of garments, such like fashion pants and uniforms. The fiished fabric remains those features of softness and comfort, soomth and breathing. Poly fibre is bearing a high tempreture dyeing with disperse dyestuffs and cotton material is bearing with vat dyestuffes, such will make superior colorfastness in finished fabrics. especial be good effect after washing or rubbing. This cotton fabric is also have good colorfastness to anti-breaking and anti-tearing. that's why it always is used for uniforms for industrial workers.

Our poly cotton twill fabrics are woven by rapier looms or airjet looms, so fabric surface looks perfect and smooth, that can avoid many weaving deffects to meet client's satisfactory.

Our poly cotton fabric bright spot:

2. Continuous dyeing to make good coincidence of each color.

3. Woven by rapier loom or airjet loom, quality will be much better than shuttle loom quality.

4. For uniforms, we are adopting vat dyestuffs to keep a good colorfastness.

5. we can supply different special finishing effects for various demand, such like soften finishing, stiffening, easy care, 3M finishing, flame retardant finishing, water proof etc.

Continous dyeing production lines: 5 sets. (2 sets for T/C dyeing, 3sets for cotton dyeing)

superior fabre cotton from Xinjiang cotton base of China and Pakistan cotton imported.
